I have lots of scraps but I think it would be to heavy for what you are looking for and shipping would be outrageous..... Especially from wisconsin here is a link to my 3 tables I have built so far

Might you be interested in selling me just some padding and felt scraps then? That should not cost much to ship, I'll even give you my companies FedEx number for 3 day air. Stuff it in a box or tube and away it goes.
Not that I'm in a hurry, just that we have an air account.
That way I can just go and buy a board locally and have it cut to match the size of the scrap material.
