These straps sell in bulk from banksupplies.com, but you need to place a minimum $19 order before shipping costs are added. Chances are you won't need everything in the minimum 1000 piece order for these straps (as I found), though I guess you could use them as napkin holders.

I'm interested in building a cash game set of the budget variety and I am looking for samples (NOT Dice chips or their brethren).

Therefore, I would be willing to trade 10 straps (enough for $100k in bundles) and a sample $100 bill as shown in the above post for 1 chip from any the following variety:

• Sopranos (10g)
• Wallsons (solid or spotted)
• Nexgen
• Progen
• tri-color "clays"
• Faux Clay
• "Pro Clays"
• Older generation Monacos (the ones with the black spots on the face)
• Any other recommended "Value" chips you are proud to own, and are readily available on the market

Nexgen samples en route.

I figure you're looking to put custom labels on whichever type you choose, but if you decide you like the Nexgen "bees", I have a hot-stamped cash set available for sale/trade that'll be cheaper than any custom-labeled set you could get. They're comprised of purple 25¢ (200), white $1 (200), yellow $2 (200), red $5 (300), and blue $10 (100). They've hardly seen any play (used 5 times; 48 x 25¢ were only used once for 4 players - 152 were never used). Here are some of them in action (actually used for a T100 tournament; unfortunately don't have any pics of the 25¢, but could take some if you'd like):
