I don't mean to start a bidding war, but I'll just throw out there that I'd pay $20 + domestic shipping for one (authentic BCC of course; not an ahopen Sunfly rip-off). If it's coming from the US in a flat-rate envelop, I might have to take it down to $18 + shipping. Others might be willing to pay more.... They're extremely limited in number, and there's been no indication that more will ever be printed (although I guess MSPatton could get more if he wanted to).
Agreed that I don't think you'll find a price posted publicly; in fact, I don't think one has ever been publicly sold (except if it came with a set of Sams).
