Anyone out there have at least 2 non-flimsy (e.g. not the "freebies") thicker plastic cut-cards? I would be willing to pay, or I have some mint Bicycle Club fractionals to trade. Please reply here, and pics would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you ever thought of making your own? I started doing that a few years ago. I use the old Scotch VHS black vinyl cases. They are a lot thicker than regular cutcards, easier to handle and they will never crease. I use an artist's knife to cut the plastic and round the edges by hand.

Thanks for the info... I knew I kept those old VHS tapes around for SOMEthing. I'll try making some this week. If they don't pan out, I'll look into HPC.

The vinyl VHS containers are at my parent's house - I'm going to swing by this weekend and pick some up. Now if I could only find my X-acto knife....

I just used some old, thicker paper folders. Measured the cards (poker size), traced it out, and cut. Made like 10 of them, nothing fancy, but gets the job done.
