WTB: A really small set of quality clays (preferably from EU)

My addiction towards chips is really bad right now. I haven't even received my PI china clay shipment yet, and already I want more chips...

Just a small set. Something nice for an occasional heads-up match, or for short stacked play with 3-4 people. 100 chips would be plenty, could probably manage with just 60-80. Divided into 2 or 3 denoms. I don't really care about the face values; this could be a cash or a tourney set, as in reality this would just be the set to relish until I can afford a bigger and better one someday.

Some casino Paulsons with nice edge spots; PNYs or something. Or any TR Kings; Deadwoods, hot stamps from a GB... You name it.

Anyone want to share a piece of a bigger set, or do you just happen to have a suitable rack of chips for me, and could sell them at a reasonable price to a fellow Chiptalker? I'd prefer to buy from inside EU to save in shipping and to avoid paying VAT, but I'll listen to offers from you Americans too.

Make an offer, please!

Hi,

I can sell you the following which I'm looking to move:

http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/want-b...deadwoods.html

It would be possible to sort out a cheaper deal on the shipping if your interested, since Denmark is pretty close to you?

Let me know
Cheers

You can get Samurai Palace chips in the EU now (from France):

Now, they're definitely not cheap, but if you want a sweet heads up set, these are some of the best home (fantasy) chips ever made.

Thank you! Good to see other quality chips than Paulson fantasy chips make their way to European market too, the price is about the same. With my very limited French I couldn't find out if they deliver outside of France though.

Oops! From their f.a.q.:

11 - Jusqu’où livrez vous ?
Notre zone géographique de livraison se limite pour l'instant à la France métropolitaine (y compris la Corse) et Monaco.

(Poor) translation by babelfish:

11 - Until where deliver?
Our geographical area of delivery is limited for the moment to the Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco.

Sorry.

Do you know anyone in France who could ship them to you? Also, you could always try calling / emailing them to see if they'll make an exception.

Thanks for the translation. I tried to browse through the faq also, but missed that spot.

Anyway, I already bought some chips this week, so this isn't so topical any more, at least for a week or two, but it's nice to know about the limited chip offers here in Europe. And someone could still have an offer I can't refuse. :)

You probably already know about this: pokershop.dk

They have the Pharaoh's, the new shaped inlay chips, the Private card clun hotstamps and the NPS.

I did. Thanks anyway. I have even bought something from them. There are also several Finnish poker web stores with the Paulsons and Nevada jacks in the higher end. This thread was/is here to find something a little more exotic.
