papycc, going from the brief emails we exchanged, it may be useful to know your budget expectations, if you thought the Bellagios were too expensive then Paulsons and the like may be a bit of a stretch for you.
Also, as frustrating as it is, you have to accept that living in Europe generally means paying quite a hefty premium for chips, due to postage/exchange rates (not so much now) and import taxes. Even if you're buying them 2nd hand from someone within the EU, they generally would already have had to pay a whack for shipping and import duties etc if they had bought them new.
