Bellagio Traders

Received my Bellagio's today.....Let me just say that they are the best chips for the price, PERIOD! Hell, what do I know. But seriously, they are very quality ceramics. My only concern is how they will hold up to use, but for the most part, I am very pleased.

I ordered my chips before I started planning my upcoming tournaments that will be holding up to 60 players, so needless to say, I will be needing a lot more of certain denoms, and less of others. I'd figure I would try and see if anybody else had what I needed, and leave Joe alone till he has a few days off to relax. Here is what I have to trade and what I need...

TO TRADE

NCV (No Denom) - 49
$5 - 9
$25 - 199
$10K - 199
$25K - 124
$100K - 104

NEED

$100 - 325
$500 - 75
$1000 - 300
$5000 - 50

I want to keep 1 of each denom for a showcase set, that's why the amounts are weird for the TO TRADE part. Please understand that I will be needing these by Novembers end, because I will be having my first tourney in early December, so don't wait if you are needing to trade. I am welcome to all trades. Also, I will post Pics on the Bellagio pics thread tomorrow. Thanks.

Re: Bellagio Traders

Got mine today -

I'm satisfied with the product on an overall basis. All denoms except the 100 look fabulous - minimal bleeding sharp graphics - unreal. For what I paid I cannot (and will not) complain.

As for the 100's - Joe - I would be interested in getting in on an aligned smooth chip GB specifically for the 100 denoms. The bleeding on the 100 is magnified by the cleanliness of the other chips - considering this is a large part of my order 400 / 1300 it would be worthwhile to look into it.

Any comment on the aligned 100's - do they have the same bleed problems?

Joe - thank you thank you thank you - I now have an awesome set of chips I would NEVER have been able to afford without your help.

I am curious about this as well. It would seem that aligned edgespots would greatly reduce (if not completely eliminate) the bleed problem on the 100s. I'm curious to see just how lined up the "aligned" chips are. Has anyone posted pics yet of these chips with aligned edgespots?

I would also be interested in a GB of aligned smooth 100s. The rest of the chips look real good, it is a shame about the 100s. They look dirty.

Yeah, my setup is for either T5000 or T10,000...so the T100 chip is the workhorse chip of my set as well. I was just going through all my 100s and there are quite a number of flaws on the surface of the chips as well as the rolling edge. I'm not devastated or anything, but I'm sure some people will probably be fairly dissapointed by the way these turned out. Personally, I think I can deal with it but I would definitely consider ordering some aligned 100s to replace these if I was given the opportunity.

Re: Bellagio Traders

By the way, my traders are smooth and about half of the chips I received have almost dead on aligned edgespots. 2/3 of the 100's I received are aligned, and it is clear to me that the lined up edgespots on the 100's nearly eliminates all bleeding. So aligned edgespots on the 100's is definitely the way to go, those who receive them this way will be very satisfied.

Re: Bellagio Traders

iSpinX can you please post pics of the aligned 100s?
i have 325 of them and it seems none are aligned but overall i am quite happy with my set they are absolutley the best chip out there for the price. when i got them i was really surprised how similar the surface is to a chipco chip. i havent unwrapped all the chips yet but the 25k roll that i did open ALL the edges were lined up! sweet!
now that i look back on it i should have ordered the 100s and 25s with aligned spots and paid the extra price for those. i too would be interested in a re-buy of the 100s and possibly the 25s because the color is way off on the 25s compared to the real chip. for now i can live with it but if it were to be offered again the colors should definately be fixed. overall awesome chips and thanks to Joe for making it happen!

Re: Bellagio Traders

Poor quality photoa, but here are a few shots of the 100 aligned. You can tell from the top chip on the first photo that ones that are perfectly aligned have almost zero bleeding issues. As for the ones in the rack, most of those are really close to aligned, but still, even being just a tiny bit off can cause some bleeding, not much, but still noticable to a CTer's eye. Dead on aligned 100's look excellent and would be worth rebuying to me because the 1/3 that are heavy bleeders just hurt the set in my opinion. Let me know what you think.
