Chips: 237 | | | WTT: My Paulsons for your Dunes...no really Yeah....I know, why would anyone want to trade their Dunes chips? I really don't know, but I've been itching to go buy a set of 300. I figured it would be a good idea to check here first to see if I could work a trade. I'm looking for an even money deal....I'm not desperate, just looking for a mutually satisfying trade.
I'm not looking to sell any of these, or trade for anything besides Dunes chips.
This is what I would potentially have for trade:
Crystal Park, 1200 or so, all denoms with a few each of the rare ones (10s and 20s), including 1 $5000 chip. I plan on keeping a set of these to play with as it took me forever to build this collection, but 500 or more could be up for grabs.
Paulson New Yorkers- 200 5s, 200 25s, 100 100s. I have not played with these yet although they are beautiful chips.
American Cruises- 100 $25 chips. Great condition.
Pharaohs- 350 of em. 200 5s, 100 25s and 50 100s. These have seen a little play but are in great shape.
And some other non-Paulson sets:
300 Chipco 2005 WSOP replica chips, high denominations.
600 Blue Chip James Bond
That's it!

Chips: 237 | | | Re: WTT: My Paulsons for your Dunes...no really Thanks for the interest, but I was under the impression that it wouldn't be ethical (?) to sell things in this forum.
How about this:
If I am unable to work out a trade within the next week, i'll post in the Member to Member Sales forum. Although I've been surfing this site forever, I haven't accumulated many chips...but it only seems fair that I use 'em. I'm familiar with Spinettis, and that's where I would buy them, but a win-win trade would be my preferrence.
Thanks!

Chips: 1,075 | | | Re: WTT: My Paulsons for your Dunes...no really True enough. This is not a forum to sell things in. Really more of a curiousity. I've got two brand new sets of uncirculated Dunes sets on the way (worth more than the standard $900). I'm wondering just what the Crystal Parks are worth? What condition? Like to see a breakdown, etc. I wouldn't know what to trade what for. Know what I mean?

Chips: 237 | | | Re: WTT: My Paulsons for your Dunes...no really <edited> Ok, I added a rough guess on chip values. I have seen all of the below sell for more than my high value. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) I haven't seen them up for sale on Ebay for a while now, other than the occasional singles or stack of 20 $5s or $1s. I paid $8 each for most of the 25s and $10+ each for the 100s-1000s back when you could find them for sale in quantity. I brought the price down because, well, I'm not sure what they would sell for now and don't want to try and gouge anyone here =)
Besides that set I plan on keeping, of the Crystal Parks, I would consider trading:
<$1-1.35> 250+ $1s -these have seen some table play.
<$2+> 100 $2s - very nice shape, sharp edges
<$1-1.25> 150+ $5s -very nice shape, sharp edges
<$3-6> 40+ $25s -seen table play, mostly "year of" chips...although I have the regular chips as well.
<$7-10> 20 $100s - great shape
<$8-10> 5 $500s - great shape
<$8-10> 5 $1000s -- great shape
<unknown> 1 $5000 -- I don't know it's value, but I've had some pretty substantial offers in the past, probably won't part with this one.
plus others that I plan to hang on to, like a few $20s, $10s, tournament, 50 cent and alternates.
I paid $660 w/shipping for the PNYs. I'm not in a big hurry to trade them away, but I will if the right offer comes along.
