Hey,

I'm looking to buy about 10-25 ASM Horse-Head samples. The colors, edgespots, etc. don't matter to me. I'm considering ordering a custom set through them, but I won't without samples. Please private message me if you have any you want to get rid of.

You definitely need at least 10 to make a good judgment. Lots of folks here have ASM’s so you shouldn’t have any trouble.

Wish I had known about CT last year when I was working on my own custom set and collecting samples. I called PC.com and they said “Sure, we’ll send you some”. They sent me ONE chip. It’s still the only ASM chip I have (ended up getting chipco’s).

True, but they didn't charge me a penny to get mine.

Yes, to be totally fair, they did not charge me for the chip.

Haha, ouch. That's pretty cheap of them.

I know someone out there is reading this knowing they can help me out, but they aren't! Please let me know if you have any that you want to get rid of. I'm your man!

Did you try contacting ASM directly and asking to buy 10-20 HH samples yet? They most certainly sell samples, so give it a shot.

Thanks for the reponse, but I would rather deal with someone directly through Chiptalk.net then ASM. It doesn't matter to me whether the chips are slightly used, etc., so I'm hoping I can get them fairly cheap here. If I can't, then I will contact ASM.
