Use the "Classifieds" instead.

You should change the title to:

I had someone contact me through my WTT and they want to buy instead of trade. Is it ok that I complete the transaction or do I need to do something else.
I realize if I want to sell the chips that I need to pay 50 chips and do a member to member sale thread. But that is not my goal, currently I just want to trade but I also want to accomodate this other person too.

I want to buy/trade some Desert Sands chips. Is this an appropriate forum in which to do that?

I'm pretty sure I don't want to get moved to never-neverland, and I'm down right certain that I do not want scoffing in my general direction,LOL.
