Contact MSPatton, the owner of holdempokerchips.com. He has good deals on Copags, I got a single setup (two decks) for $15, you might get a discount for a full case.

you may also want to contact mcoates79 on eBay. he sells copags in lots of 8 setups (16 decks), and has all the styles.

i have no affiliation with the guy, but i bought 8 setups from him for $104 this past christmas (knocked out gifts for my brother-in-laws, some family members, and a few friends all at once). basically $13 / setup, which was cheaper than any online retailer i could find.

i bet he can get you a whole case.
