You might also ask Jason (username: Hog Wild) of personalpokerchips.com. He has a sponsored forum on this site, and he does sell Nexgens, so he might be able to get you samples at a good price.
Why would discountcasinogear's shipping be any cheaper than 5Star? They're both shipped out of the same warehouse by the same people using the same carrier, and Trademark/5Star is just going to bill discount for the shipping. Actually I think they may actually use Trademark's shipping schedule, but without the $19.95 shipping maximum that Trademark has.
