WTB: Plastic Chip protectors

I'm starting to accumulate a decent amount of collector chips and I'd like to look at buying some of the clear plastic chip protectors.

Anyone stear me in the right direction?

Re: WTB: Plastic Chip protectors

You'll probably want the Air-Tite holders. Try http://www.air-tites.com/ATcasino_military.htm for the 39mm ring holders, the ring is available in black or white, so be sure to specify which you want. They're 48¢ each there. If you want a large quantity you can save a few dollars by buying them directly from the manufacturer at http://store.yahoo.com/airtiteholders/39mm.html , but their minimum order for a discount is 250 and it gets down to about 41¢ each.

I've had great service (and equally great prices) from JP's Corner -- http://www.jpscorner.com.

Re: WTB: Plastic Chip protectors

Those prices look even better. Guess the decision should be based on overall cost (i.e. cost plus shipping charges), as well as any reasonable testimonials that one might find (like your own).

Re: WTB: Plastic Chip protectors

Gee, missed that one altogether. Not sure if the ones Michael sells are the drop-ins or the ring types, but I agree, we should support Michael where we can for all the support he gives this site.

I just got some of those, they don't have the colored ring, just two clear plastic pieces that snap together over the chip. I'm pleased with them.

Thumbs up Re: WTB: Plastic Chip protectors

Collectible Memories on ebay has two different types I got the ones with the foam insert cost was $ 5.99 for 10 plus shipping. He will combine and is quick to get them to you. This was a lot cheaper than the coin shops around town.

Re: WTB: Plastic Chip protectors

Sweet!

Thanks for all the extra help finding these!
Surprised that many of the online superstores don't carry them yet.
