We got caught terribly short on these and have very, very, few left.

If we can't swap some back the price will be temporarily higher for the

Can you elaborate on how this happened? Is the blue NCV simply a really, really popular chip, in terms of the quantity you have sold?

This happened due to a poor job by the purchasing agent at HPC. (Me)
I had to submit my order in mid May for all these and between then and
the delivery date the Blue NCV's sold better then expected. I did not want
to restrict anyone who wanted them the chance to get them so we filled
all requests 100%. Well, that left us with very little left. We are now offering
to trade out or give store credit of $1 per to be able to continue to offer these
and hopefully at a fair rate. Right now we have them priced at $1.44 and
still selling them daily.

We have a re-order being placed on Monday for a large amount, but like
the orginal order, they will not arrive until the middle of October 8 weeks
away.

For those of you who want to add Blue NCV's to your set, we are going to offer
a advance sale soon on these Blue's Only at a much better price than $1.44
in our Marketplace space.

Will those of us on "your" (HPC) mailing list get an email about the Blue NCV's? I ordered only 25, don't need more right away, but would like some in the future. And I really don't want to pay $1.44!!! And do you anticipate any other NCV chips running short soon?

By the way, thanks for the email letting those of us not in the original presale get some Pharaoh's. I couldn't afford them when the group buy was put together, but managed to scrape up a hundred bucks to get some when that offer was made. Now I need to scrape up $600 because I find I can't live without more!! Never thought I would think of spending that much on chips. But as someone said in another thread, what's the fun of nickle/dime poker if the chips don't cost more than their valuation in the game?
