Is there a USPS shipping option for a sample set of the commission chips? The lowest shipping available was 7.00 for ups ground.

Also, the coupon code is saying it is only valid for orders over 50.00 when your message above says it is on all orders.

I fixed the coupon. That was a screw up on my part but it's fixed now. Every order will be 10% off with the coupon code TFPMARCHSPECIAL.

I added a sample shipping option. This will appear when checking out as an alternative to UPS. If you order a sample set this will only be $4.00 shipping.
