Hi all. I started writing a response earlier, but had to step out this afternoon. We know that some folks like these and other Modiano products. We felt that Modiano did not properly address an issue that we raised last year, and it did not reflect well, in our opinion, on their management. So we are focusing on other brands, which seem to be as dead serious as we are about the business. Thank you.

Thank you for the update Alex, and props to you for sticking to your guns. In any business, if you don't hit them in the pocketbook, they never notice they have a problem. Hopefully, they come to realize what a mistake they made and can resolve the issue with you.

If you don't mind me sticking my nose into your business, was the "issue" you refer to a business-oriented one (like not delivering the product on time, honoring price deals, etc.) or a product-oriented one (quality control problems with the cards, bad cards in general) ?

Well, we're taking a close at some warped Modiano acetate cards that raise some product concerns on our part. In any event, we're absolutely swamped (in a good way), so thank you all and also for the nice comments we've received lately.
