Lone Star Roundup H.O.R.S.E. Structure

This structure is based on the one we used at the Windy City Blowout II in November but is less aggressive in the later stages because we aren't as tight on time. Starting stacks will be T3,000 (15xT5, 13xT25, 16xT100, and 2xT500).

Chips will be colored up after rounds 5 (remove T5) and 13 (remove T25 and some T100).
