| Re: Advice on my 30 person tourney structure I actually just received and posted pictures of my 820 BCC chips. I originally designed them for a T3000 tournament, but have decided to go to T5000 and the set works great for that for 32 players.
The set consists of:
260 x 25's
260 x 100's
140 x 500's
100 x 1000's
60 x 5000's
Starting stack would be:
8 x 25's
8 x 100's
4 x 500's
2 x 1000's
The set I have I can setup the first 3000 chips in the chip racks, and then hand out two 1000 chips to make it a 5000 stack. As for the blinds, perhaps something like this:
15 Minute Rounds
25/50
50/100
100/200
150/300 - Break and Remove 25's
200/400
300/600
400/800
600/1200
800/1600 - Break and Remove 100's
1000/2000
1500/3000 - Optional Removal of 500's or could wait until next break
2000/4000
3000/6000 - Break (This is where my cap for blinds are for 32 players)
4000/8000
6000/12000
8000/16000
10000/20000
This amounts to 4 hours and 15 minutes, then add the time for breaks. You could always take out the 1500/3000 and/or 150/300, but I wouldn't. It's all up to you, this is just what I'll be running for my free bar tournaments this summer.
