Mrticsay came up with this tourney structure for next weekend's Texas meet-up when 27 ChipTalkers will congregate outside of Dallas for some serious gaming. It looks like it will be a deepstack T20,000 tourney with starting stacks of 20xT25, 25xT100, 15xT500 and 10xT1000 (70 chips). 5k plaques will get into play at least at the final color-up. I'm reposting Michael's tourney structure in case others are interested in a similar deepstack tourney.

I believe this is the same structure that' s been used for 3 other meetups- the Windy City Blowout, the Meet in The Heat and the WIndy City Blowout II. It was originally developed by jojo (with input from others).

Its been a well liked structure other than the debate over antes or not.

Being a friendly event, we've taken a friendly approach to payouts.

IIRC we didnt use the 250-500-50 or 7000-14000-2000 levels in chicago 1 but I might be wrong. Otherwise they are the same. This is a really nice structure. Good luck with it.
