A friend of mine own a 1000 chipsets. We are looking to built a nice structure/starting stack and blinds.

1000 chips, 10 players max, deepstack.

320 white
280 red
200 blue
120 green
80 black

Respecting the officials colors, t10000 seems impossible with 80 blacks 100$...

Official? Pah! Assuming they are non denom, you decide, you shouldn't have a problem with the numbers of each colour.

You could always do White = T25, Red = T100, Green = T500, Black = T1000

Or:
8x Green (T25)
8x Black (T100)
8x Red (T500)
5x White (T1000)

Use the reds to buy blacks to color up greens later.

you are right, but its easier when everybody already know that green = 25 instead of doing charts and answering the same question 20 times

but with that chipset, it will be impossible...
