So most of my group generally doesn't play tournaments higher than $20 (and even then, it's usually $10). However I was trying to come up with a direct buyin setup for the $20 buyin (or a $10 + rebuys setup) that would make up for the shorter starting stack and rise more slowly... let me know what you think.

There'd only be 10 people so with $200 on the table I don't want the blinds to get any higher. How does this look to you guys for either 10 + rebuys or 20 freezeout?
Structure looks good, but I would try and reintroduce the antes. My group declined them at first and I then I told them we were going to play a tourney with them. Afterwards it clicked with a few of them that if they are shortstacked and try to steal the blinds and antes that it can be very lucrative.
