Starting stacks for 14 player tournament

I an hosting a 14 player tournament and would like some help with my starting chip stacks and blinds. I usually host a 10 player T10 000 game, but this one that I am planning will be the biggest yet.

My chips are labeled and I have the following:
250 - $25
250 - $100
150 - $500(plus 50 unlabeled if I need em)
75 - $1000

I would like the game to be over in around 4hrs.I am not sure if I am going to allow rebuys but if there are enough chips then I may allow them . Also, people like to play with the big stacks so I would like to use as many chips as would be possible without running out.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How about :

Per Player.
$25 x 16 ($400) x 14P = 224 of your 250
$100 x 16 ($1600) x 14P = 224 of your 250
$500 x 10 ($5000) x 14P = 140 of your 150 (labeled)
$1000 x 3 ($3000) x 14P = 30 of your 75
----------------------
45 CHIPS ... $10,000 ... 630 of your 725/775 chips to start.

Blinds Schedule. 25 minute levels (3.75 hours assuming play goes through to the 9th level).
1. 25 - 50
2. 50- 100
3. 75 - 150
4. 150 - 300
5. 300 - 600
6. 600 - 1200
7. 1200 - 2400
8. 2500 - 5000
9. 5000 - 10,000

How different would this be from what you've currently done before?

Theres nothing wrong with jello's suggestion, but i like to color up my chips. I think it speeds up the game when the blinds go up. I'd suggest:

12 x T25
12 x T100
7 x T500
5 x T1000
-------------
36 chips T10000

This way you can color up to 500's even if the player only has partials (i.e. 1 x 25 chip becomes 1 x 100 chip, etc.)

For blinds I like softer blind schedules (15 or 20 min's):

25-50
50-100
100-200
150-300
250-500
500-1000
750-1500
1000-2000
1500-3000
2000-4000
2500-5000
3000-6000
4000-8000
5000-10000
7500-15000
10000-20000

Yes that would work. Im just worried that some people are going to lose their chips early and want to rebuy, which will put more chips on the table. I just dont want this game to go on all night. If I do not allow rebuys then your set up would work fine.
