My group fianlly decied to play something besides NLHE

FINALLY! I've been trying to talk people into it for weeks. So we are going to play a 7stud tourney this weekend. Being this is the first one, I need comments on the structure.

keep in mind the only denoms I have to work with are 25/100/500/1000/5000 (5000's will probably not be used)

I havent decided on 15 or 20 minute levels..one of the two will be used

7 Card Stud is a great change of pace from NLHE. It's still one of my favorites even though I don't play it as much as I used to.
