So which way ended up being the best....round robin format or double elmination?

I have been wanting to throw a Heads Up tourney for a longtime but always been worried about the structure and having the time to get all the matches in.

Looks like you have the structure worked out but just curious about the format.

I will say that Double Elimination is the best way to go. But keep it to an 8 man bracket.

After 8 players you should switch to round robin (3 players in a group), I didn't, but wish that I would have.
