15 min Blinds
Ante/SB/BB
-/25/50
-/50/100
-/75/100
-/100/200
Break Color up 25's
-/200/400
-/300/600
-/400/800
-/500/1000
100/700/1400
100/1000/2000
100/1500/3000
100/2000/4000
Break Color Up 100's
500/2500/5000
500/3000/6000
500/4000/8000
500/5000/10000
1000/7000/14000
1000/10000/20000
1000/15000/30000
I have written this and it should end by 500/4000/8000, maybe the round before that, or the one after it if you get 15 players. Depending on how long your breaks are that would put you close to 4hrs. Others here may have different opinions. |

Michael | No there isn't. But you need to balance the stack with your time limits. To big of a stack with passive blinds and you get the WSOP (7 days of 14hour play). To small of a stack with agressive blinds and you get a crap shoot (1 hour turbo tournies- T500 start with 25-50 blinds, double every 5 min) |

Chips: 2,872 | | | Re: Post your starting stacks/blinds here for others' information I have two sets of chips. Set One
1000 chips Chip Distribution:
400 x $5
350 x $25
150 x $100
100 x $500 T1000 Buy in + one rebuy before start of 4th level. Starting Stacks: .........1-16.......17-24 Red.....20..........15 Green..12..........13 Black....6............6 Blind Schedule (20 min/level): 10 - 20 15 - 30 20 - 40 color up red 25 - 50 50 - 100 75 - 150 100 - 200 150 - 300 color up green 200 - 400 300 - 600 400 - 800 500 - 1000 600 - 1200 800 - 1600 1000 - 2000
I'll make it T1500 using the same blind schedule by just adding a Purple to everyone's starting stack, but only if the turnout is just a single table. Set Two
1050 chips. Can support T2500, T3000, & T5000.
I currently have 3 8-seat tables. The new set has additional capacity, but not enough to support a 4th full table. I haven't yet run one with 3 full tables, so I'm not worrying about it yet. Chip Distribution:
450 x $25
350 x $100
150 x $500
100 x $1000 T2500
Buy in + one rebuy before start of 4th level. Starting Stacks: ............1-16.....17-24.......25-29 Green.....20........16...........12 Black......20........11..........12 Purple................ 2............2 Blinds Schedule (20 min/level):
25 - 50
50 - 100
75 - 150
100 - 200
150 - 300
color up green
200 - 400
300 - 600
400 - 800
600 -1200
800 - 1600
color up black
1000 - 2000
1500 - 3000
2000 - 4000
2500 - 5000
3000 - 6000
4000 - 8000
Again, I can use the same blinds but add an extra Purple to everyone's starting stack to make it T3000. T5000 Starting Stacks: ............1-16.....17-24.......25-29 Green......20.......16...........12 Black......20........11..........12 Purple.......5........ 5............5
Yellow.................1............1 Blinds Schedule:
sm - big - ante
25 - 50
50 - 100
100 - 200
200 - 400 - 25
300 - 600 - 25
400 - 800 - 25
600 - 1200 - 50
800 - 1600 - 50
1000 - 2000 - 50
1500 - 3000 - 100
2000 - 4000 - 100
2500 - 5000 - 100
3000 - 6000 - 200
4000 - 8000 - 200
5000 -10000 - 200
Note: The set supports a total of 42 buy ins/rebuys in black, purple, & yellow chips for T5000, so a single rebuy per person would only be a problem if I had 3 full tables and more than 18 wanted to rebuy. I haven't actually tried to run one of these yet and I'm not sure I like the antes since it keeps the lower denom chips in play longer than I'd like anyway. I'll stick to the T2500 (or T3000) format for now, but it might be nice to run a T5000 every now and then for variety and it's good to know my current set will support it. |

50-100

600-1200 " "
800-1600 " "
1000-2000 " "
2000-4000 " "
Blinds up every 30 mins. Rebuys end at the conclusion of 25-50 level
re-buys in 1000 chips
I usually don't have to go beyond the 600-1200 blind levels but I have more setup if necessary.
cash games every now and then
6 to 8 people
$10 min... unlimited re-buys
1 cent x 20
5 cent x 16
25 cent x 20
$1 X 10
$5 X 1
I start the blinds at 1 cent and 2 cents to start so that everyone is comfortable.
After an hour or so the blinds are raised to 25 cents and 50 cents. After that I remove the 1 cent chips. I know thats not standard in a cash game, but it works because many of the people who come to my cash game haven't played much hold em. If the cash game goes to long I start raising the blinds tourney style. |

Chips: 6,502 | | | Re: Post your starting stacks/blinds here for others' information OK, here is what I use, we play two games per session: Starting Chips (Values)
12 (25) = 300 7 (100) = 700
T1000 Blind Structure (15 minute intervals)
25 - 25
25 - 50
50 - 100
100 - 200
200 - 400
300 - 600
400 - 800 <- games with 10 players or less (single table) are usually finished at this level, 10000 total chips in play
500 - 1000
500 - 1500
1000 - 2000 <- two table games are usually finished at this level, 20000 total chips in play
1500 - 3000
2000 - 4000 <- have never, ever, gotten to this blind level but it is there just in case
2500 - 5000
3000 - 6000
4000 - 8000
5000 - 10000
It is basically a turbo game, but other than my brother and I no one that we play with has any interest in learning how to play so having a blind structure to promote skillful play is of no interest to the majority. They love action and the high pervalence of luck as in any given game, anyone can win.

Chips: 502 | | | Re: Post your starting stacks/blinds here for others' information I've adjusted/tweaked my chip handout (and blind schedule) for the upteenth time.
I added more $25, $100, and $500 chips so that I could hand out the exact same number of chips for up to 20 players. I'll never have 20 but I like to dream and be prepared just in case. I have 725 solid color ASMs and I just added 375 hot stamped super diamonds that will only see play if I have 13 or more players (so basically they're not likely to see play very much). Sidebar: 375 hotstamped superdiamonds from discountcasinogear was $12 cheaper (including shipping) than the same order would be at 5star ($49 vs. $61).
Starting Stacks for 1-20 players: 20 x $25 20 x $100 5 x $500
------------
$5000 total
Tourney set Breakdown 400 $25 400 $100 140 $500 55 $1000 100 Non Denom

Unless it's going to noticeably slow play, I no longer remove the 100s as I found that coloring up the 100s leaves too few chips in play and takes away from having that big stack feel at the table. If I want to do 10k starting stacks I just add 5 1k chips to the T5000 handout or I can use the non denom chip as a 5k chip

Usually 10-12 man w/ UNLIMITED rebuys. (This rule varies from house to house depending on circumstances..kids need to crash, wives are tired of us, etc.) Tourney set consists of: 400-$25 300-$100 200-$500 100-$1000 This set is pretty versatile and works really well with my deep pocket, rebuy-luvin' friends... Ive incorporated a 5th denom into my Samurai set, the $5000 chip. Ill now have 80-$1000 and 20-$5000's. Shouldnt change things much, I just really liked that $5k chip, and now I can color up some of my 1k chips when it gets down to heads up play.
