    Jim sent me a pic of the outside of the case. Looks pretty sick! I assume it's Oak?

    What does the inside of the case look like? Removable chip trays, or felt? If felt, what color?

    Does someone have a similar case, what do you think of it?

    Definitely encouraging that they're not the 'mahogany' cases.

    On the oak ones that I've seen with only two hinges, the lids tend to warp, creating a gap up to 1/8 inch at each end of the front outside the latches. I've ended up chucking two and keeping the trays.

    Maybe these are made of better, thoroughly dried wood.
