I'm no longer getting email notifications when I receive a PM/conversation reply - it was working OK about a month ago, but this week I've gotten a dozen or so PMs and not one email. Is this happening to anyone else?

I used to get them for each PM up until sometime in mid May, and then it was a rare occasion that I actually received an email for the rest of May. I haven't received any emails at all since May. You're not alone.

Yes I'm having the same issue. I checked and I did turn on the feature to receive email notifications for PMs.

I'm on Google Chrome, if that makes any difference.

Mine still works on a Macbook using Firefox. I've changed nothing.

Not sure you heard, but we had a hacker. They embedded spam software in a lot of the core forum files. There is no security breach for users or user information, they are simply using but to send out spam from our servers.

We were placed on a few blacklists, which we're trying to get off of. In the meantime we are paying a cleaning service to clean off the server without disrupting forum operations.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

It's very hit and miss on whether or not you are affected. It depends on many factors, including whether or not your email provider subscribes to the black list that we are on.

I clicked on something here and got an apple.com-luckywinner notification that I won an iPhone (phishing scam) notification. It locked my screen and wanted me to click ok (which I knew not to do). I had to go into safari and clear my history :disappoi: to make it go away.
