It looks like there is enough interest for me to reorder these again.
They will be offered in Solid Yellow or Spotted Blue.
    The price is:
    $1.13 Blue
    $1.06 Yellow
    Plus $.04 going to Gear-X

All payments are due by 9/5 and I will place the order 9/6.

Please send an email to apachepokerchips@gmail.com if you would like to order.
Minimum order is 100 chips. Chips must be ordered in units of 50.

    Please email the following information:
    Chiptalk name
    Address
    Quantity

I have only had payment so far for 300 chips. If we can't get to 1000 the buy will not happen. If you are interested in these let me know.
    Production takes 6 - 8 weeks.

I bet people aren't paying attention. We need to jab everyone on THIS thread:

    http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/apachepokerchips-com-offers/73636-pca-quarter-rebuy-2.html

    Starting at post number 12.

    Here's what I have:

    cgraham86 (me) - 300 yellows (paid)
    Fort Knox - 100 yellows, 300 blues
JohnnyCnote - 200 blues (or yellow if no blues)
    Conor - 200-300 blues
    MikesDad - 20-60 blues (out?)
    pltrgyst - 100 yellows
brains613 - 100 blues (or 100 yellows if no blues)
    Sevendeuce_offsuit - 200 yellows
    steve_huck - ???

That means 700 confirmed yellows and 800 blues. There are a few members who are willing to go yellow if blues don't make it, so if they do decide to go with yellow we would have exactly 1000 yellow. Steve, how many are you thinking you'll go with? We have a 300 chip hole if people don't switch. That assumes that the existing interest gets us to 700.

    I PM'd them all.

Oops. Totally forgot about this. I'm still in. I'm would rather have blues, but I can wait a little bit and see how it shakes out, in case I have to order yellows. Either way, I'm still in.

Since the minimum order is 100, I'm out unless I can piggy-back on someone's order in which case I'm in for 40 blues

I'm still in if there are commitments for 1,000 yellows, but there's no point in sending Paypal if that total isn't met, right?

I think everyone should have to put a down payment, until the numbers are where they should be, then people can follow through with rest of payments after josh has all of the orders to get to 1,000 chips

Sorry guys. I sent payment thinking he made the numbers for yellows since I didn't hear anything from anyone. I didn't want to be the reason it didn't work out.

I think Josh is thinking payment means a firm commitment, and I don't blame him. He'll refund if it doesn't work out. I didn't realize that until he replied to his own thread. That's why I got moving on contacting people.

I think commitment means payment. I dealt with Apache before for a similar GB and my money was quickly refunded when it didn't work out.

Remember there are a couple of possible converts here. Lets assume payment means commitment, and yes, Josh is a solid citizen. If you emailed him your info (CT name, address, and quantity/color) and he sends you back an amount with his PP address that means "COMMIT!":

    cgraham86 (me) - 300 yellows - PAID
    Fort Knox - 100 yellows, 300 blues - ?
    JohnnyCnote - 200 blues - possible 200 yellows - PAID
    Conor - 200-300 blues - ?
MikesDad - 20-60 blues (out unless someone else can help him out)
    pltrgyst - 100 yellows - ?
    brains613 - 100 blues - possible 100 yellows - ?
    Sevendeuce_offsuit - 200 yellows - ?
    steve_huck - 100 yellows - ?

The last time we did this it was 1000 per color or it's a no-go. Josh will have to correct me if I'm full of it. Here's where we are:

    YELLOW:

    300+100+100+200+100 = 800 (if JohnnyCnote and brains613 jump over then that's 1100)

    BLUE:

    300+200+200+100 = 800 (if JohnnyCnote and brains614 jump over that's 500)

It's obvious to me that blues ain't gonna make it because no one is willing to go the other way (jump from yellows to blues), and yellow ain't gonna happen unless JohnnyCnote and brians613 commit to yellows. Just sayin'....

Wow. I've never made a purchase on such a basis in my life, paying with no commitment from the seller, unless I was investing in a company (or dealing with a bank float). Even with a contractor, you have a firm, contractual commitment.

Sorry, but I'm out. I really only need 25 more yellows, and I'll try to find them somewhere else.

You have a firm contractual commitment, pay for the chips you want and if there's enough ordered by the specified date, you'll get them once they're made. If not, you get your money back. What's the problem with that? Paulson sets the minimums on these.
