Here are some pictures of my Copperhead Road poker chips from CPC. I apologize for the pictures, I really need to invest in better lighting for this sort of thing. I knew I was going to like those $1s, but the whole set is killer! I think I may prefer the white shaped inlay by a nose, but it's hard to decide. This is the first time I remember that I've seen the die cut inlays, and those are worth the cash and are awesome with this design!

Really nice set, *love* that $20, especially!

But I have to say, their punch & spot work on the others looks a bit sub-standard. Looks like I'll have to stay with solids.

I don't understand what's "sub-standard". Everything I have seen from these chips is in every way as good or better than other sets that I own.

I do appreciate the comment and understand that we all have different things that we look for in chips. I know that everything I thought I liked in poker chips has changed with every set that I have bought leading me to the design of these and I will bet that I will have different ideas for my next set.

I LOL'd that you're already thinking about "my next set."

This set is spectacular. The shaped inlays look perfect. Actually the chips look perfect, both in terms of design and production. Well done! I hope they bring you lots of rungoot.

Congratulations! That's a very nice set.

I have considered building a cash set for a 25c/50c or 50c/$1 game with upto 25 buy-ins (which includes rebuys).

I'm not sure if it's appropriate to ask so please accept my apologies if I'm in the wrong. May I please request your chip set breakdown? Also, what are your stakes, number of players/anticipated rebuys, and possibly the starting stacks?

    Thanking you in advance.

I just want to through my 2 cents in:
I have looked at thousands of chips, from Paulson, BCC, AMS, TRK, china clay, and of course CPC's, ALL chips from ALL manufactures have SOME almost perfect and some NOT SO PERFECT edge spots.

With that being said, the process that these are made is not a PERFECT Science and the time that it would take to get every edge spot perfect would be absurd - THEY WOULD COST WAY MORE - the beautiful thing about the chips is the flaws (if you can appreciate the manufacturing process).

    Enjoy your Beautiful chips.

I started out wanting 10 players $20-$25 starting stacks with multiple buy ins. Blinds of .25/.25 or .25/.50

I ended up making the set more flexible and can handle a wide range of buy ins now.

    $25 starting stacks

    12-quarters
    12-$1
    2-$5

    $50 starting stacks

    12- quarters
    12-$1
    3-$5
    1-$20

    I purchased

    120-quarters
    200-$1
    300-$5
    80-$20

This picture (sorry for the glare, terrible lighting this time of day) shows the different ways to make $50 starting stacks. The starting stack will consist of quarters, $1, $5 and $20 chips. The next buy in would be with just $1, $5, and $20 chips. All buy ins after that would be with a combination of $5 and $20 chips.

I hope this helps. I suggest that you start a thread with your question (that is what I did), you will get some great advice from the people on here that have a lot more experience than I do.
