    Hi Everyone,

I've released an Android mobile app for PokerDIY to find live home poker games in your area.

I would appreciate any feedback and hopefully you can find some live poker games to play too!

    cheers

    Thanks for trying it.

Unfortunately an API changed and the map is now not showing the games- I have submitted an update but it will take a while to go through.

The list view works though, so try that in your area instead

Edit: The app looks great - layout is very intuitive.

Question: Where is the information derived from? I found a home game that doesn't exist anymore - from a friend that passed away almost 4 years ago. How do you ensure accuracy and up-to-date information on your app?

    Thanks

Thanks for the feedback, that is good to hear.

All games are added by players and can be removed if they are no longer in play. Unfortunately in the example you mentioned it is a bit tricky to ensure they are up to date - I rely on community comments in the example and would remove it (please PM me the Game link and I will take it down).
