Re: Feldman's Place: the eagle has landed!

    They look great Jojo!

Nice job waiting with camera ready to get the shots of the UPS guy pulling up and walking to your door!

The faces look fantastic...looks like the mockups translated very well and very sharp to the finished product.

The purple chips are especially nice stacked.

Congrats and I hope you have all of them in front of you at the end of your first tourney! :)

Very classy! My favorite chip is the black/pink $100. I also really like the way you designed the rolling edges....very neat.

    Congrats!

Those are effin sweet. How long was production? Seems very fast, I thought you were still working on mockups just a few weeks ago.

Wow JoJo!! Those are amazing. They all look really great!

Thanks for the pr0n. I laughed at the UPS stalker pics. Too funny. I probably would have been sitting on the curb waiting for those beauties.

    thanks everyone.

    some random answers to questions:
    • they're chipco, yes.
    • i wasn't exactly stalking the ups guy. was home, heard the truck, yadda yadda yadda
    • production was very fast. it was about 5 weeks from the time that HPC got the proofs. there's a thread somewhere with a timeline. i'll update that in the near future.
    • my favorite is actually the yellow chip.

Does your oak case hold 1200 or 1600 chips? I think I have seen pics of them where people store 4 racks of 100 in each of the 3 drawers and that there is a top section where you can put cards and such...I've wondered if the top section can also hold 4 additional wooden racks.

the top is segmented, and two racks fit fine, but beyond that it's weird. i tend to use it for cards, button, bank, et cetera.
