Joe, are the newly molded Chipco trays any different than old ones? Meaning, will these new ones be modified to fit the CPS chips, or are you just saying that the original mold is perfect for the CPS chips?

In the CPS Order thread, Joe said that the chips were manufactured so that they fit the Chipco racks. At least that's how I understood it.

Right but I think the question is still valid since we have no confirmation they came out that way as planned.

I don't want to dig for another quote, but he did say that they fit perfectly.

It's the first line if the OP in this thread. It sounds definitive to me.

That said, like Ten, I'd like to know if my current Chipco racks (sent with Yak orders) are compatible.

Joe, a picture of the chips in a Chipco rack would probably help a lot to ease people's concerns.

FYI, my reason for asking is that I want to add on to my current slew of Chipco racks, and want to know if these news ones are perfect matches. :)

we deliberately had these chips made to casino standards so they would fit a 66.7mm chiptray- this was the problem- and still is- with the other china clays- the size of the chips was all over the map and not one chip tray would hold all of the different variations- so this is a std chipco 66.7mm chiptray which is good for these chips- and most paulsons and all chipco ceramics

So in essence, even with these custom made trays, it's hit or miss on consistently having 20 CPS chips fit in each barrel?

This is the key point. If I read it right, these chips fit a 66.7mm chiptray. Other china clays may not.

right- we had these molds carefully made to be uniform and the same thickness as paulsons etc so they would fit standard 66.7mm chip trays-- specifically the chipco trays we can mold here- this way we are SURE we can provide the right trays- thats not to say olther chipco trays wont work- I am sure they will because they were molded on the molds we aquired-

Joe, great news about the CPS chips fitting properly in ChipCo racks. I have ChipCo racks made by both the original manufacturer and you guys at PGI and yours are an improvement on an already great product. Thanks for offering special pricing, I'll definitely be ordering some more.

Right...sorry...I missed that one word, which makes all the difference. Thanks Joe for the explanation.

I just got wood looking at those racks. These are even sweeter than I had imagined. Awesome job to everyone involved.

I wonder when Joe will break out the lathe to see what these things would look like with just a bit of material cut off of the edge...

How long will these approximately be available after our chips are delivered (US orders)?

    Thanks.

I was hoping ceramic rebuy chips would be available (white chip with logo and REBUY on it). Oh well.

Is there a template art-challenged people like me can use? As an alternative, I guess I could get a roll (25) made on the lavender chips with REBUY on it, similar to the BOUNTY label.

Although, that begs the question...are there minimums to the custom orders?

    Joe,

I sent you a PayPal for 2 Dlr Buttons and 7 trays already, but didn't add shipping. Sorry, I just got in a hurry.

    Joe,

I sent an email with specifics. Just curious, do I PayPal the funds now or wait for an invoice (which I guess would include shipping?).
