I have a quest to compile a list of every manufacturer of casino chips (include illegals). Help me out please by replying with ones you dont see on the list.

I understand that some may at this time be redundant, such as having both an entry for "Gaming Partners International" and for "Bud Jones" but that's ok... let's include them all.

This is going to be used for a special project that you will also see in about 4 months.

Perhaps later we'll add date ranges and location too, so if you know that please include with your post.

The List of all Casino Chip Manufacturers:

Not sure if all these are. I think most are distributors.

    Greg,
Not all the companies on your list actually made chips. The following are companies that owned a mold, but did not make chips: BC Wills & Company, Christy & Jones, Ewing Manufacturing Company, HC Edwards & Company, Jack Todd Company, Langworthy & Company, Midwest Game Supply Company, Nevada Dice Company, TK Specialty Company, Tom Haines & Company, and White's Club Room Equipment Company. All these companies chips were made at the Burt company or at ASM.

I started there, but there's not a systematic listing of the manufacturer for each mold. He basically mentions the manufacturer at random. I think I got most of them already... I noticed one called Mason I didnt know about.

    Thanks.

Thanks Jim. I think I need to follow the basic chip collector's habit of classifying the distributer in cases where the mold ONLY came from one place. At least in the cases of the older chips from the 60's and earlier. Heck nowadays the distributer could be anybody... so I understand that this rule can't be carried forward for all cases. But those classic distributors are always going to be mentioned when a certain mold is seen.

Didn't abbiati make chips for the Cherry casino or something similarly named?? I believe Nevada jacks had them for a while when I first joined CT back 2005ish.

Remember when we had the Abbiati chips with the owl on them - from that russian casino (I think) - they most certainly make casino chips.

    CONFIRMED:
    Palm Gaming International( Palm Imports)
    AABBIATI
    GEMACO
    DOLPHIN ( Australia)

Ive bid and lost a few contracts with gemaco so I know they manufacture for casinos stateside AND S. America
Abbiati is a European casino manufacturer primarily
Dolphin manufactures for many Australian casinos-

marlowcasinochips.com is a good reference for European casino chips
