So here's a game that we played at my last home game.

Starts with everyone getting 6 cards. Before any betting, (other than SB / BB) everyone creates three hold'em hands with their six cards and puts them into three piles.

A round of preflop betting occurs.

    The Flop is dealt.

Everyone discards one of their hold'em hands so they only have two left.

    A round of betting occurs.

    The Turn is dealt.

Everyone discards one of their remaining two hold'em hands.

    The River is dealt.

    Round of betting occurs. Showdown.

Pretty fun game if you're into Pineapple type games.

I dare you to try it.

You can't interchange your cards at any point. You can only use one Hold'em hand at a time (since at showdown you'll only have one).

I'll have to try this at my next game. Sounds like a blast.
But do you use two decks? Or is it limited to a certain number of players? We usually have 9 or ten at our cash games.

You couldn't play more than 7 handed unless you do 8 and one deals each hand. You don't want to use two decks in the same game and keep it real poker . You might as well have wild cards and other crazy stuff.

That's pretty much what I thought. We'll try it when we're down to 7 players some night.

Brought this game out at the home game this last weekend and it was a big hit. Everyone in my group really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.
