That's pretty cool!
I'd probably put a border around the edge of the chip -- i'd imagine it would make chips easier to identify during play and be easier to print.

What are you gonna do for the other denoms?

Hansdome - there's a lot I like about that design. The subtlety of the suit in the background is nice, and I like the sideways denom there. Very graphically striking and new.

I'm not a fan of the edges, but I haven't had great ideas for the edges on my set either.

Pretty design, I like that part. But there might be some copyright/trademark issues involved...
