Re: Sun-Fly's 43mm Design Competition

I just finished the edgespots and wanted to post the final, complete designs. I had, earlier, sent Martin a different, very quickly done set of edgespots (i.e. CRAP) so I am hoping that he gets these updates before he prototypes them ...

Everyone's designs are looking fantastic ... The prototypes look awesome too!!

CKoi7arnak : I really like the intensity of the pink chip. I hope you choose to keep it as part of your set.

I also wanted to sincerely thank everyone for the very kind comments but even more so for the constant prodding and constructive criticism's to come up with better solutions. I have to admit that I am pretty happy with this final design but it really has been a community effort. Thanks Again!

No matter how this turns out for the participants, SunFly has definitely ended up the winner with so many awesome designs!!!

Congratulations SunFly!

Re: Sun-Fly's 43mm Design Competition

Here some of my changes:
- Change the 5000' color for grey
- I improved the gold effect of the title and denoms, because it's little blurred on the prototypes
- Try to improve the contrast to increase the edge
- Change of some colors

What do you think about changes ?

Maybe the green instead of the pink ?

YES, green instead of pink. Looks much better.

Gary, your edegespots are EXCELLENT!

Everyone's designs are GREAT! I hope the next competition is for plaques! That would be fun AND interesting. Imagine all the stuff we can put on those things!

Re: Sun-Fly's 43mm Design Competition

I didn't want to 'quote' myself so this time I will just say WOW!

Its always fun when the protypes start showing up...

Speck your chips look great!

ckoi your's look great as well, I vote PINK and keep the Chocolate for the 25,000. They are your chips... just offering a sugestion.

Gary what a facinating evolution! I really like the final design, I hope you got the edges to Martin in time for the prototypes. I can't wait to see these.

Everyone has done a terrific job! Thanks for the eye candy!
Shane

Re: Sun-Fly's 43mm Design Competition

Haven't seen any new prototypes lately. How are they coming Martin. I'd love to see how everyone's are turning out, including my own. We are all anxious!
