BANNED USERS REPORT - All ChipTalk members that have ever been perma-banned and reason(s):

1. inailedyourmomtwice: (Yelzen's girlfriend Kat): Repeated vulgarity, insults and racial slurs. Only had 17 posts.
2. kalimba: Accused of Intellectual property theft: [Officially commissioned to build Chip Tool and was given list of ideas/features, then decided to keep/sell the Tool to others instead of turning it over to ChipTalk when completed. This resulted in X-Files building the Chip Factory to replace it.]
3. zmbe: Repeated misuse of ChipTalk features and multiple vulgar insults to other members.
4. ahopen78: Where do I start? The actual ban came when he repeatedly "snuck" in during a suspension by creating fake accounts. He actually went almost 1 year under "tmpa2001" before being discovered after committing serious offenses of email spamming a ChipTalk member.
5. curseofthorn22: numerous complaints of misdealings so was restricted from selling; and then repeatedly threatened to sue chiptalk therefore perma ban
6. bigwoody: Repeated vulgarities and verbal abuse of members. Given many warnings and two temp-bans before made permanent.
7. clipper: General PITA. Given several infractions for insulting members and flaming. After many "goodbye forever" posts, he was warned that his next goodbye forever would truly be forever. Soon thereafter he posted goodbye and is now banned.
8. AllInPokerCloth: Repeated lack of adherence to clear stated anti-spam policies.

[Does not include brand new registrations that were banned for offenses such as spamming. Even spammers usually get second/third chances before getting banned. The active members above went through detailed discussions/votes/consideration before losing membership privileges. Everyone had plenty of warnings and chances.]
