Molds for 2012
There will be a limited release mold never offered by ASM but I can't share the details about it until access to the mold has been confirmed (1-2 months).
Also, I'd like to make everyone aware that Cards and Dice mold is now available as a regular mold for all orders.
The Roman Mold is officially retired and no "NEW" orders will be accepted on the Diamond Square mold at this time.

Darn! I was hoping for another release. I'll have to rethink my plans, now.
Edit: Sorry for the kneejerk reaction. I'm looking forward to seeing what the new mold will be.

Re: Molds for 2012
Just curious. Why are molds retired? Is it because they are worn out?

I believe this is correct.
Michael, any discussed plans for allowing new orders on the MD-50 mold in the future?

If molds are retired because they're worn out, why can't a new (same) mold be made?

Re: Molds for 2012
Retired status for a mold means it's being shelved but can be made available again.
In the case of the Roman mold, it's being retired due to rounded cups which result in spinners.
Jim has plans to put the mold cups for the Roman mold in a new shoe and bring it back sometime in the future.
As for the MD-50 Diamond Square, it was a limited release and can be made available if there is demand for it.

Fair enough. I hereby demand that the MD-50 Diamond Square mold be made available.
Seconds, anybody? I know Abby and Josh are interested, as well as a few others....

Re: Molds for 2012
Yeah I don't think there will be a problem finding enough demand for that!
