On a side note, we have heard this story so many times....proposed casino spends a fortune designing and producing a chip line for their casino, and it never opens...
I understand how great this is for us. But I can't understand why the initial investors spend so much getting the chips without having a license yet!
And how come they didn't want to use the "roman" mold?!

Speaking just from a business standpoint...
1) turn around time on the order
2) insane amount of revenue they'd lose being open without chips
Seems that securing space, gear and chips would be one of the first things they should be doing...
