Once ordered, when would these chips ship?

By the way, this is sort of a threadjack, but...

I purchased some of the "first run" batch, and I'm now interested in labelling them. Am I to understand it's $0.12 per label, + $8 per different image (assuming I design my own labels and don't require any "in-house touch-ups")? Do I save anything (some labour cost) because I'll be applying the labels myself?

Basically, I'm asking what is the price for polycarbonate-coated textured labels that'll fit these chips (thin enough so they won't create "spinners") by themselves, that I'll apply myself. You can PM me if you don't want to reply here. Thanks in advance.

I don't think they've changed, if so it's slight. The orange chip scan came through kind of dull, it's more like the above image.

What I'm really asking is will the Wallson base colors match the Solid Wall base colors?

Thanks.
The Solid Wall chip base match closely (not exact, but very close) to the Great Wall (Wallsons)

Re: Solid Clay Compression Sale - The Solid Wall

I bought samples of the orig shipment that had the cracks and bad mold pressing. I'm interested in these, but I have an issue of getting the paid order in by June 24th. I'd love to just buy sight unseen but with the previous shipment's defects I want to really see samples before putting a large purchase down. I doubt that I can get samples and if I'm happy with the product to then get my artwork in before the end of this week.

Further, with the new pricing I don't quite see why I wouldn't go with the wallsons for only $.08 more printed per chip. That is, if I'm seeing the proper pricing. Thats only $80 more for 1000 chips with edgespots. And if this is a group buy price only through end of the week I'm assuming these will be almost if not as expensive as the wallsons afterwards?

I hate to play bad in your order thread but I'm pretty dissapointed. I've been anxiously awaiting these and I still think they're going to be great chips. I'm just not quite sure I'm going to make the leap now.

I'm just trying to verify the color codes for my labels. As you can see the Hex codes you have provided (on the left) and the RGB codes provided by Joe previously (on the right) appear quite a bit different.

Re: Solid Clay Compression Sale - The Solid Wall

Are these solids and the wallsons identical in size/thickness?

Re: Solid Clay Compression Sale - The Solid Wall

Can we have some updated photos of the actual chips to be sold? All of the chip pictures thus far have been from the first-run: stress cracks and all. Being that these are different in mold imprint depth and overall quality, it would be good to see how the production-quality chips look. I personally would like to see how the final mold looks on the solids along with them in stacks, in a pot, etc.

It's hard to plunk down a couple hundred bucks on chips w/o updated pictures.

Thanks, John
