Type of chips used on Poker Superstars II (FSN)

I've been watching the Pro tournament on FSN and really like the chips they are using there. Not flashy and looks nice. Especially the purple chip. It looks great. Does anyone know what kind they are?

The tournament chips are made on the Sun mold chip from Blue Chip LLC in Las Vegas. You can see the entire set of chips at

Nice find PocketRocket. I am kinda surprised to find out they were BC and not Paulsons. You can see in the images that the inlay is off-center on pretty much every chip. Still nice to get a better look at them.

The beauty of a Blue Chip. The only company that can turn a circle inlay into an oval and make it look like your 2yr old kid glued it on blind folded with rubber cement.

Why? They're only going to be used for a single event. What's the purpose of going to a higher price chip. They serve the purpose don't they?

Besides, off-center inlays can be found on chips from all of the manufacturers including Paul-Son/GPI if you look through enough casino chips. Unfortunately for me, they slip through my fingers back to the house too quickly , but I do notice that some are a bit off-center. No big deal, if I take them to the cashiers cage they'll still give me cash in the amount of the face value of the chip. So it seems that they do serve their intended purpose.

Anyone else think that the edgespots on the $1000 chip are a little weird w/ the double-wide and then the off-center single?

Endy family tradition?
It's been noted that the chips that were subsequently made by the Paul-Son company had kind of sloppy edgespots compared to the TH&C chips that Burt company had made for both Christy & Jones and Paul-Son.

Well, I guess if all that was true, we would all be going in on a group buy for some cheap plastic chips. Serving their purpose is one thing, but we're talking about some of the best players in the world using poor quality chips. They use chips for many other events one time and they go for the better chips.
