Andy Bloch's wallet-size hold 'em cheat sheet

Andy was a finalist in today's broadcast of the National Heads Up Championship final four. He talked about having used a wallet size cheat sheet that gave him general guidelines as to proper action based on hole cards, pot size, etc. Anybody know where to find such a thing? I've been googling for the past 1/2 hour to no avail.

I saw them in an ad in Bluff magazine. I was thinking of getting one myself. You can find it at greatpokerhands.com

Re: Andy Bloch's wallet-size hold 'em cheat sheet

$20 seems a bit steep for what it is, especially not knowing how "good" they are in terms of accuracy. For just a few dollars more you can buy an entire poker book to learn strategy and starting hands as opposed to just starting hands.

Still might be cool. Maybe we can get a group together to split one of the two or four set deals? $12.50 each might not be too bad.

Andy's looked to be home-made and he commented that he hadn't memorized it all completely, but wished that he had.

Re: Andy Bloch's wallet-size hold 'em cheat sheet

might be something worth making up....That website looks like a sheet with standard hand-strengths.

I know that if there was something I could print out, or buy cheaply that I'd have it around. Sometimes you just forget the odds, or where this hand placed with X many people.

It would also be good to study with without having to trot a book around.

Re: Andy Bloch's wallet-size hold 'em cheat sheet

Might be good to have, but the more I think of it the less it sounds practicle. I can't imagine anyone allowing you to reference something like this during a game - I know if one of my players pulled one out at my table it wouldn't remain long enough to see even a single hand's use. A book is probably a better value as many of them have starting hand advice and/or tables along with strategic thought and insight.

Re: Andy Bloch's wallet-size hold 'em cheat sheet

I don't believe Andy when he says there is anything on that cheat sheet which he does not have memorized. He plays too well and his intellect is too high for that. When he does say that, however, I do believe that he is making a nice sales pitch for a $20 piece of laminated paper. The margins on that are probably quite high.

I believe he mentioned it was a push/fold chart with all the hands. Search for pushbot. Here's a LINKY to a PDF chart.
