In what was apparently a grueling final table that lasted 12 hours and saw the crowd reduced to 25 or so people at the end. Good to see him win though, he is a pro's pro. |

I imagine that a lot of the people may have been locals. They probably had work today and could not justify staying until 5:00 AM to watch the end. |

After about 5 or 6 hours I went to bed. If you watch the telecast, there are about 10 people in the crowd when it ends.
If you're watching live, nobody is getting busted, and you can't see the hole cards, hold 'em gets boring pretty fast. |

12 hour final table, something like 6 hours for the final three to lose one player, then bam......first hand of heads up and Seidel wins it.
Longest final three ever at 6 hours, and shortest heads up ever...one hand. |

Not according to Sir Phil Helmuth. I've been watching the poker after dark series here in the UK and the one where he and Seidel were playing he did nothing but riducule Seidel as a horrible player. Not sure when this one aired in the states but they seem to be about one year behind in their airing here.
Good job Seidel! |

| although i'm sure that's true...it's impossible to figure out what hellmuth actually believes and what he just says b/c the psychic trauma of his childhood makes him spew it. i mean, how many stupid things can he say before we stop listening? |
