1) I would limit player interaction with the audience during a hand. (Phil and his insurance, people who go all in but can't watch, etc) I would also limit table talk.
2) You can say the F-word with no penalty, unless directed at a player or dealer or tournament official.
3) Color up the chips a bit faster so the players don't need wheelbarrows and sherpas to move them into the pot.
4) $10K buyin = 10K tourney chips
5) $10,000 can hardly be a "main event" anymore - there are scores of these tournaments worldwide now - raise it up. Let Joe Schmo play in the 10K circuit tourneys or WPT events if he wants to play a 10K tourney. With 8000 players the WSOP ME is a crapshoot and a joke if you are a pro. They haven't raised their buy-ins in what, over 30 years? $10K ain't what it used to be.
6) I'm fine with the WSOP at the Rio. The people who managed the Horseshoe into the ground deserve the eternal shame of losing the WSOP. I mean Harrah's bought the Horseshoe, kept the WSOP, then sold the Horseshoe - that was it! After a year or two of the "World Series of Hold' Em", Harrahs figured out that people want to play stud, omaha, horse, various hold-em tourney types, and triple-draw too, and the tourney selection last year was awesome. Adding the 50K HORSE was genius.
7) More babes. Tamao can bring some of her friends. I can't afford their buy-ins but maybe some of you high-rollers can.

Chip progression 25-100-500-1000-5000-25000-100000-250000, with adjacent colors easily distinguished. I think they have 50K chips, which is ridiculous when you have 25K and 100K.
9) Sheiky and Matusow at the same table no matter what.
