Thumbs up WPT Borgata Atlantic City Open Chips

I am watching the Borgata Open at Atlantic City on the Travel channel and was wondering if anybody else has noticed that they are using some really nice solid over sized chips in the tournament. Check it out if you get the chance, It's on now and started at 11 pm central.

Right now it's the final table so the two colors they are using now are the real shiny Gold and Silver over sized chips. They look really nice. It's cool seeing all those huge stacks of chips sitting there.

Before a break i saw some of the other chips, they were orange, blue/ purple, and black. Right before the break they had a close up shot of one of the silver chips and they are definitly oversized Paulson's. Very nice looking chips.

There chips are not over sized. It may look that way on tv, but they are your standard chip size.

Ok, well they definitly look like they are to me. All the other chips I see on other shows look like normal sized chips, so I dont know why these would look over sized but they did. Look at a stack when one of the players puts his hand over the top of them and lifts the entire stack. Also check em out when Ricardo has a few in his hand and is turning them over and over. I also noticed that there wasn't a single person shuffling these chips at the table that I saw, which is another reason I thought they might be over sized. Anyway whatever , they are still some nice looking chips. Anyone else get a look at these chips?

Easy way to tell with Paulsons: if the hats'n'canes are upside down, the chips are oversized (43 mm). Now go have a look at the pic in the second post.

Thanks miandish2000 those are awesome, I did see a close up shot in a hole cam but wasn't thinking about it at the time. They definitly had the hat and cane though, I did see that for sure. I am sure they were over sized though. I didn't get a close look at the label but the chips looked great. Colors were pretty bright accept for the gold and silver, they had that metallic look to them and they were especially nice looking. All of them were solid in that event but they did show a clip from another event and those chips it looked like were white with some blue edge spots.
