They are using the WPT( metal slug, 11.5g) chips to probably get more sales.

I don't know if you can call them dice

I will call them dice chips. It is much easier than calling them "crappy plastic 11.5g metal slugged chips" everytime I refer to them.

The movie might actually be good, it looks better than Lucky You.

Forget the chips, that movie actually looks ok. Not a classic like Rounders (what is) but also not quite as cheesy as Tilt. Will I go to the movie's to see it...I don't know but it looks at least rental worthy.

Unfortunately, this movie looks terrible. Poorly written, poorly acted, typical long-shot style story. I probably won't see it. Thanks for the link though. Too bad Hollywood won't put some actual money behind a movie like they did with Rounders. That movie had all the right elements. I could be wrong, but the way that trailer was cut together makes it a little too predictable.

OMGZ, he didn't look at his cards! And then he bet a MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!!1

I think it goes like this:
Rising star
fell in love with that girl
lost his mentor for some reason
lost the girl
big depression
meets his mentor at the final table for the master vs student battle
happy end and gets the girl.
