Not a bad show...not as fun as the first few hands...unfortunately I was flipping between HSP and ultimate fighting...so I'll have to check the DVR tomorrow. Ivey was getting no love. People kept nailing sets...I didn't see any major donk moves...really shouldn't I guess. Yukon was getting some good cards after his big bluff...sort of semi bluff I guess...4 outs to the straight...possible runner runner FH or two pair?

I'm a little surprised Ivey didn't call Booth with the K-K. I'm sure he had the scratch to rebuy for another $250,000 if he lost, and it would have shown Booth he can't push people around.

I mean ****, he was 78% to win the hand!

there was no way Ivey could have called that bet. o/c Booth could have been bluffing, but you can't be sure. It's more likely that he's either on a draw or has flopped a set. So the best Ivey could hope for was a coinflip for 300k...

It was kind of a so-so show for me. The amount of commentary seems to be increasing - which is not a good thing.

The Commentary really does suck this season.

It was pretty good the first two seasons.


Gabe even made a comment that the players are doing a great job at reading Ivey! We have'nt seen every hand....but it appears to me that Phil is playing straight forward ABC poker and waiting for somebody to make a mistake.

Hope IVEY sticks around for at least 2 or 3 more episodes. I enjoy watching him play and do feel that he is the all around player at the table.

If you think you're the best player at the table, why would you ever put it all in on a coin flip, or 3/2 even? Booth could have had a couple of diamonds, straight draw, anything including a bluff. There is just no need for Ivey to put 300k on the line right there.

Also, I feel that Phil is bankrolling himself entirely.
While some of the other players have backers.
