Re: 2006 WSOP $2,410,000 in extra chips

Intresting article... Why would they release the idenity of 1 player and not the other... We know that it wasnt Gold or Cunningham so who then?? Richard Lee? He was arrested for bookmaking charges but not sure what came of those charges. Is that the reason why they arent talking? I am intrested to see who the 2nd mystery person is...

Thye said the person was a short stack at the time of the color up...should be easy to eliminate some folks...if you can find the data that lists chip stacks at certain times.

Re: 2006 WSOP $2,410,000 in extra chips

Nice article. But I'm more interested in how I can get ahold of some of those 2.4 million in WSOP chips .

Re: 2006 WSOP $2,410,000 in extra chips

thanks for posting. i've been waiting for some kind of resolution to this, but just assumed that it had all been swept under the rug.

my guess is that the authors don't want to name the 2nd recipient simply because harrah's report is going to disagree. probably rather let harrah's tell their story then try to present their conflicting opinion and the logic behind it. who knows.

i really hope that it was just an honest mistake (y'know - math is tough and all).

I also hope that it was a mistake....but, the math portion isn't that tough, it just takes someone willing to put forth the effort to ensure that they do it perfectly!

This was a great thread....thanks!
