We know that it wasnt Gold or Cunningham so who then?? Richard Lee? He was arrested for bookmaking charges but not sure what came of those charges. Is that the reason why they arent talking? my guess is that the authors don't want to name the 2nd recipient simply because harrah's report is going to disagree. probably rather let harrah's tell their story then try to present their conflicting opinion and the logic behind it. who knows.
i really hope that it was just an honest mistake (y'know - math is tough and all).
