I hate time warner.

For starters, I was forced to switch to them.

The first 2 weeks of service I had spotty internet connection and i spent cumm. 3 hrs on the phone (mostly on hold).

Anyways...

Last night the last straw.

Even though I have Poker After Dark programmed to be recorded for some odd reason it did not record LAST night!!!!!

Where can I watch the "Thursday Night" (Friday AM) episode?

Don't get me started on Time Warner.... I recently moved and it was the only non-dish option.

There price is sky high, their HD channel selection sucks, and their customer service is probably the worst I have ever dealt with.

I used to have Verizon FIOs and it was the greatest. Super fast internet, great selection of channels, and every possible channel they had cost less than I am paying now. I sure miss the fiber cable running into the house.

I switched from the dish to TW just 2 weeks ago and the difference was amazing. TW is much faster and cheeper then the dish so I am very happy. It will never be as good as comcast (which we don't have in my area). But over-all I am happy with the switch. (I never liked TW or AOL but ANYTHING beats the bad price/speed of the dish)...
