does anybody know any info on this? are they gonna stay the same as 2006, or are they gonna change some up a bit like the past few years. if anyone has any info on this it would be much appreciated. thanks alot

My (often unreliable) memory from the same question this time last year was that, some of the earliest indication you can get of what will be used is by looking at submissions/applications the casino makes to the Nevada Gaming Commission. The chips have to be "approved" or something like that by NGC, and there is a filing or submission of some kind describing the chips before they are put into play.

I'm not much help because I don't know links, or where to find these submissions, but I think somebody knew a bit early last year that Rio was going to introduce a red/yellow and a mint green/black chip.

Do you think if someone called the Nevada Gaming Comm that they would talk to us? In fact, I might try to track down the number and call them myself. Or, what about calling the Rio?
